A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY 00UNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION, ARIZONA AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
A CONTRACT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY FOR THE
YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA
That the City Manager be and hereby is designated and authorized
to execute a contract on behalf of the City Council with the Arizona
Department of Economic Security for Apache Junction's participation
in the Youth Employment Program.Said contract to provide payment to
the City of Apache Junction in the amount of $2,165.10.
