RESOLUTION NO.80-8
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION, PINAL COUNTY, ARIZONA, ENDORSING AND
ENCOURAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
WITHIN THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION.
WHEREAS, there is a need for recreational
facilities within the City of Apache Junction; and
WHEREAS, recreational facilities provide
opportunities for citizens of Apache Junction to develop
physical and mental potentials; and
WHEREAS, this resolution does not suggest or bind
the City to any financial obligations or other obligations
of any kind;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of
Apache Junction hereby endorses and encourages the
development of recreational facilities within the City of
Apache Junction.
