A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA, ENCOURAGING CITIZENS OF APACHE JUNCTION TO PARTICIPATE IN A COMM-
UNITY ATTITUDE SURVEY AND REQUIRING CONFIDENTIALITY IN THE SURVEY PROCESS.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION THAT:
1.The citizens of Apache Junction are encouraged, if called upon,
to participate fully and honestly in the Community Attitude
Survey.
2.The survey takers are required to maintain the strictest con-
fidentiality in performing the survey including by;
(1) Not making any marks upon the survey form which would
identify the person surveyed, and
(2) That the results shall only be reported as group results.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Apache
