A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA REAFFIR1E4C, iVD CLARIFYIX THE
BUILDING PERMIT FEES REQUIRED FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING
PERMITS PURSUANT TO THE PROVIr_q0NS OF THE UNIFORM BUILDING
CODE, 1979 EDITION,
WHEREAS the City Council di-3. by Ordinance No. 41 repeal
Apache Junction Zoning Ordinance SeCion 2735 entitled "Fees"; and
WHEREAS the City of Apache Junction desires that Building
Permit Fees be based upon the costs of administering the Office of
Building Inspection with regard to net service; and
WHEREAS Building permit Fees are set forth in the Building
Codes as adopted by the City of Apache Junction, said fees being
based an the cost of administering that portion of the inspection
program relating to the administration of the Uniform Building Code,
NW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City
Council of Apache Junction ratifying and reaffirming the Building
Permit Fees set forth in the Building Codes as adopted by the City
of Apache Junction, not withstanding the provisions of Ordinance
No. 41.
