A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL
PLACES FOR THE POSTING OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City is required by the City Code to post all public
notices, meetings, ordinances, and various other documents in three locations
throughout the City; and
TA-MEM, it is the desire of the City to post these documents
in locations where the greatest number of people will have access to the
information contained therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona, that three official places of
posting be identified as:City Hall, 1001 N. Idaho Road, Apache Junction;
A.J. Bayless, Store No. 32, Apache Junction; and Pinal County Health
Department, 150 N. Ocotillo, Apache Junction.
