A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS PUBLIC DOCUMENTS THOSE CERTAIN
DOCUMENTS ON FILE WITH THE CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED "APACHE
JUNCTION:2001,APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,GENERAL PLAN,""A
TRANSPORTATION PLAN FOR APACHE JUNCTION,""WATER SYSTEMS EVALU-
ATION FOR APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,""SEWAGE DISPOSAL ALTERNATIVES
FOR APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,""POPULATION ANALYSIS FOR THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,"AND "CITY COMPLEX PLANNING PROGRAM,
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA."
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Apache Junction,Arizona,that:
1.That certain document entitled "Apache Junction:2001,
Apache Junction,Arizona,General Plan"as recommended amended by
the Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission on June 29,1982,
three (3)copies of which are on file i n the office of the City
Clerk of Apache Junction,Arizona,and containing 106 pages being.
five pages of Title,Table of Contents and Credits and six chapters
numbered 1-1 through 1-20,2-1 through 2-54,3-1 through 3-4,4-1
through 4-8,5-1 through 5-10,and 6-1 through 6-5 i s hereby declared
to be a public record,and said copies are ordered to remain on file
with said City Clerk.
2.That certain document entitled "A Transportation Plan for
Apache Junction"three (3)copies of which are on file i n the office
of the City Clerk of Apache Junction,Arizona,and containing 57
pages numbered 1 through 49,plus four (4)introductory pages and
four (4)pages of Appendix i s hereby declared to be a public record,
and said copies are ordered to remain on file with said City Clerk.
3.That certain document entitled "Water Systems Evaluation
for Apache Junction,Arizona"three (3)copies of which are on file
i n the office of the City Clerk of Apache Junction,Arizona,and
containing 100 pages as follow:four (4)Title and Contents pages,
chapter pages 1-1 through 1-3,2-1 through 2-8,3-1 through 3-28,
4-1 through 4-14,5-1 through 5-17,6-1 through 6-6,and Appendix
pages numbered A-1,6-1 through 6-4,C-1 and C-2,D-1,plus four
pages,E-1,plus four pages and F-1 through F-3,plus two maps i n pocket
folders i s hereby declared to be a public record,and said copies are
ordered to remain on file with said City Clerk.
4.That certain document entitled "Sewage Disposal Alternatives
for Apache Junction,Arizona"three (3)copies of which are on file
i n the office of the City Clerk of Apache Junction,Arizona,and
containing 139 pages as follow:four (4)Title and Contents pages,
chapter pages 1-1 through 1-3,2-1 through 2-9,3-1 through 3-16,
4-1 through 4-16,5-1 through 5-32,6-1 through 6-24,7-1 through
7-5,and Appendix pages numbered A-1,6-1 through 6-6,C-1 and C-2,
D-1,plus 18 pages,E-1 through E-3 is hereby declared to be a public
record, and said copies are ordered to remain on file with said
City Clerk.
5.That certain document entitled "Population Analysis for
the City of Apache Junction,Arizona"three (3)copies of which
are on file i n the office of the City Clerk of Apache Junction,
Arizona,and containing 29 pages numbered J through 24 and' two (2)
pages of Title and Contents and three (3)pages of Appendix i s hereby
declared to be a public record,and said copies are ordered to remain
on file with said City Clerk.

6.That certain document entitled "City Complex Planning Program,
City of Apache Junction,Arizona"three (3)copies of which are on file
i n the office of the City Clerk of Apache Junction,Arizona,and con-
taining sixteen (16)unnumbered pages is hereby declared to be a public
record,and said copies are ordered to remain on file with said City
Clerk.
