A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT
WITH THE CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED CITY CODE OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,
(VOLUME II),LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE,CHAPTER 2,APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE,WHICH MAY BE REFERRED TO AS THE
"APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE."
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Apache
Junction,Arizona,that:
1.The certain document entitled City Code of Apache Junction,
Arizona,(Volume II),Land Development Code,Chapter 2,Apache
Junction,Arizona,Subdivision Ordinance,which may be referred
to as the "Apache Junction,Arizona,Subdivision Ordinance,"
three (3)copies of which are on file in the office of the
City Clerk of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,is hereby
declared to be a public record,and said copies are ordered
to remain on file with said City Clerk.
2.The certain document entitled City Code of Apache Junction,
Arizona,(Volume II),Land Development Code,Chapter 2,Apache
Junction,Arizona,Subdivision Ordinance,which may be referred
to as the "Apache Junction,Arizona,Subdivision Ordinance,"
contains sixty-three (63)pages,numbered 1-1 through 1-4,2-
1 through 2-18,3-1,4-1 through 4-8,5-1 through 5-6,6-1
through 6-8,7-1 through 7-16,8-1,and 9-1,plus one (1)page
labeled "Subdivision Regulations Index,"and one (1)title
page.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 16th DAY OF February
1982.
