A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A PUBLIC
RECORD THOSE CERTAIN DOCUMENTS ON FILE WITH THE CITY
CLERK AND ENTITLED .CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,
PERSONNEL POLICIES AND POLICE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES,
'CITY .OF -APACHE .JUNCTION,-ARIZONA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THAT:
1.Those certain documents entitled City of Apache Junction,
Arizona;PersOnhel .POlides and POliCe Policies and Procedures,City
of Apache .JUnttiOn;.AriZOna three (3)copies of each which are on file
in the office of the City Clerk of Apache Junction,Arizona,are hereby
declared to be a public record,and said copies are ordered to remain
on file with said City Clerk.
2.ThElt certain document entitled City of Apache Junction,
Arizona,Personnel Polities,contains forty-six (46)pages numbered
1 through 46,plus one (1)title page and one (1)page labeled "Table
of Contents."
3.That certain.document entitled Police Policies and Procedures,
