A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A
PUBLIC RECORD THOSE CERTAIN DOCUMENTS FILED WITH
THE CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED CHAPTER 3,CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR STREET IM-
PROVEMENTS,AND CHAPTER 4,CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION
SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR INSTALLATION OF UNDERGROUND
UTILITIES,WHICH WILL BE ADDED TO THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,VOLUME II,LAND DEVELOP-
MENT CODE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Apache
Junction,Arizona,that:
1.Those certain documents entitled Chapter 3,City of Apache
Junction Special Provisions for Street Improvements and
Chapter 4,City of Apache Junction Special Provisions for
Installation of Underground Utilities,three (3)copies
each of which are on file I n the office of the City Clerk
of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,are hereby declared
to be public record,and said copies are ordered to remain
-on file with said City Clerk.
2.a)That certain document entitled Chapter 3,City of Apache
Junction Special Provisions for Street Improvements,
contains three (3)pages,numbered 1 through 3.
b)That certain document entitled Chapter 4,City of Apache
Junction Special Provisions for Installation of Under-
ground Utilities,contains six (6)pages,numbered 1
through 6.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 15TH DAY OF JUNE ,1982.
