JUNCT ON ARIZONA,CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION IN
REZONINt CASE PZ-98-06 FROM GR (CONVENTIONAL OR MANUFACTURED
SINGLE-FA4ILY HOMES ON 1.25 -ACRE GROSS MINIMUM LOTS)TO R1-8 MH
(CONVENTIO IL OR MANUFACTURED HOMES ON 20,000 SQ.FT.GROSS

minimum lots in a subdivision,the final plat of which as been approved by
the City and recorded in the Office of the Pinal County ecorder),
subject to the following stipulations:
I)The Final Plat must be approved within a 24 -month
date of City Council approval of the rezoning request
