forth in the Apache Junction City Code,Volumes I and II,
including,but not limited to,the Zoning Ordinance (including,
but not limited to,accommodating all the required parkl,ng spaces
for the senior -apartment development pursuant to Sect -On 20.0104,
Off -Street Parking Requirements),the Uniform Bui pkin'g Code,
Engineering Guidelines and the Uniform Fire Code.

of this ordinance or any par of the code adopted herein by reference
are hereby repealed.

SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY

If any section,subseybon,sentence,phrase,clause or portion of this
ordinance,or any part of the code adopted herein by reference is for
any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any
court of competent/jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the
validity of the gemaining portions thereof.
