AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APAC,H JUNCTION,
ARIZONA AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION.ARIZONA,ZONING ORDIN CE,BY AMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP.CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION.ARIZONA CHANGING THE ZONING
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING CASE P7-97-14 FROM (GENERAL RURAL)TO
CR-1 MH (CONVENTIONAL OR MANUFACTURED SINGLE-FAMILY HQ ES ON 20,000 SQ.FT.
GROSS MINIMUM LOTS);REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:AND PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCI
THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,

3)Section 13.0111 Significance of Approval.Approval of rezoning
constitutes authorization for the development of the property
under granted zoning.Rezoning approval is valid for a period of
twenty-four (24)months from the date of the City Council
decision.If approval expires prior to substarzWal development
upon the rezoned property,the zoning shall/evert to its former
zoning classification without legislative .ction.If,no later
than 150 days prior to the expiration o the zoning,the property
owner files a request for a hearing 6 have the zoning extended
for an additional period of timt t:e Planning and Zoning
Commission and the City Cqunql Oey consider granting the
requested extension at ithdOR retion.
SECTION II REPEALING ANY CONFLICT VISIONS
All ordinances and parts of prdinaVbs in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance or any part of thec9d0dopted herein by reference are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING ROWLEVERABILITY
If any section,sub cJtip1i.sentence,phrase,clause or portion of this
ordinance,or any paV f the code adopted herein by reference is for any
reason held to be i v/lid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of
competent jurisdicton,such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portion thereof.
