A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A
PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN PUBLICATION FILED WITH
THE CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED UNIFORM BUILDING CODE,
1982 EDITION,WHICH,IF ENACTED BY SAID CITY COUNCIL,
WILL BE ADOPTED AS MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF WORK AUTHORIZED UNDER THE SCOPE OF THIS PUBLICATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Apache Junction,Arizona,that:
That certain publication being proposed as an ordinance which
i s entitled Uniform Building Code,1982 Edition,as published by the
International Conference of Building Officials,consisting of a Preface,
a twelve page Table of Contents,a 40 page Index,Chapters 1 through 59,
an Appendix,Chapters 1 through 70 with pages numbering 19 through 780,-
three (3)copies of which are on file i n the office of the City Clerk
of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,i s hereby declared to be public
record,and said copies are ordered to remain on file with said City Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 20TH DAY OF DECEMBER ,1983.
