A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A
PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN PUBLICATION FILED WITH
THE CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED UNIFORM BUILDING CODE
STANDARDS,1982 EDITION,WHICH,IF ENACTED BY SAID
CITY COUNCIL,WILL BE ADOPTED AS PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
FOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND USED AS A REFERENCE FOR
THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE,1982 EDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City
of Apache Junction,Arizona,that:
That certain publication being proposed as an ordinance
which i s entitled Uniform Building Code Standards,1982 Edition,
as published by the International Conference of Building Officials,
consisting of a Preface,list of Related Publications,a thirteen
page Table of Contents,Chapters,4,6,17,18,23,24,25,26,27,
28,29,32,33,35,37,38,42,43,47,52,54,55 and 70 with pages
numbering 8 through 1339,three (3)copies of which are on file i n
the office of the City Clerk of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,
i s hereby declared to he public record,and said copies are ordered
to remain on file with said City Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 20TH DAY OF DECEMBER ,1983.
