A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RE-
CORD THAT CERTAIN PUBLICATION FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK
AND ENTITLED UNIFORM FIRE CODE STANDARDS,1982 EDITION,
WHICH,IF ENACTED BY SAID CITY COUNCIL,WILL BE ADOPTED
AS STANDARDS FOR TESTING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE UNIFORM
FIRE CODE,1982 EDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Apache Junction,Arizona,that:
That certain publication being proposed as an ordinance which
i s entitled Uniform Fire Code Standards,1982 Edition,as published by
the International Conference of Building Officials,consisting of a Pre-
face,list of Related Publications,two page Table of Contents,Articles
9,10,24,62,74,79,81 and 82 with pages numbering 7 through 999,
three (3)copies of which are on file i n the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,i s hereby declared to be public
record,and said copies are ordered to remain on file with said City Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 20TH DAY OF DECEMBER ,1983.
