A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RE-
CORD THAT CERTAIN PUBLICATION FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK
AND ENTITLED NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE,1981 EDITION,
WHICH,IF ENACTED BY SAID CITY COUNCIL,WILL BE ADOPTED
AS MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WORK AUTHORIZED
UNDER THE SCOPE OF THIS PUBLICATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City
of Apache Junction,Arizona,that:
That certain publication being proposed as an ordinance which
i s entitled National Electrical Code,1981 Edition,as published by the
National Fire Protection Association,consisting of a Notice,a Preface,
a two page Table of Contents,ten page membership list of the National
Electrical Code Committee,three page Introduction (article 90),Chapters
1 through 9,a 26 page Index,Time Schedule -1984 Code,Tentative Interim
Amendments 70-81-1,70-81-2,70-81-3,70-81-4,70-81-5 through 70-81-11
with pages numbering 70i through 7-xtv and 70-1 through 70-690,three
(3)copies of which are on file i n the office of the City Clerk of the
City of Apache Junction,Arizona,i s hereby declared to be public record,
and said copies are ordered to remain on file with said City Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 20TH DAY OF DECEMBER ,1983.
