A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A
PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN PUBLICATION FILED WITH
THE CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE,
1982 EDITION,WHICH,IF ENACTED BY SAID CITY COUNCIL,
WILL BE ADOPTED AS MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR CONSTRUC-
TION OF WORK AUTHORIZED UNDER THE SCOPE OF THIS
PUBLICATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Apache Junction,Arizona,that:
That certain publication being proposed as an ordinance which
i s entitled Uniform Plumbing Code,1982 Edition,as published by the
International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials,consis-
ting of a Foreward,two page Table of Contents,Part One,Administration
with pages numbering l a through 6a,Installation Requirements Chapters
1 through 13 with pages numbering 1 through 132,Appendices A,B,C,D,
E,G,H and I with pages numbering 133 through 194,Useful Tables with
pages numbering 195 through 203,34 page Index,and IAPMO Installation
Standards with pages numbering 1 through 131,three (3)copies of which
are on file i n the office of the City Clerk of the City of Apache Junc-
tion,Arizona,i s hereby declared to be public record,and said copies
are.ordered to remain on file with said City Clerk.
