A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RE-
CORD THAT CERTAIN PUBLICATION FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK
AND ENTITLED UNIFORM CODE FOR THE ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS
BUILDINGS,1982 EDITION,WHICH,IF ENACTED BY SAID CITY
COUNCIL,WILL BE ADOPTED WITH THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING A
JUST,EQUITABLE AND PRACTICABLE METHOD WHEREBY BUILDINGS
OR STRUCTURES WHICH FROM ANY CAUSE ENDANGER THE LIFE,
LIMB,HEALTH,PROPERTY,SAFETY OR WELFARE OF THE GENERAL
PUBLIC OR THEIR OCCUPANTS MAY BE REPAIRED,VACATED OR
DEMOLISHED.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
ApaChe Junction,Arizona,that:
That certain publication being proposed as an ordinance which
i s entitled Uniform Code For The Abatement Of Dangerous Buildings,1982
Edition,as published by the International Conference of Building
Officials,consisting of a Title Page,Preface,list of Related
Publications,two page Table of Contents,Chapters 1 through 9 with
pages numbering 4 through 29,three (3)copies of which are on file i n the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,i s
hereby declared to be public record,and said copies are ordered to remain
on file with said City Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 20TH DAY OF DECEMBER ,1983.
