A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,PINAL AND MARICOPA COUNTIES,ARIZONA,CONDUCTING AND
ACCEPTING THE OFFICIAL CANVASS OF VOTES FOR THE CITY GENERAL
ELECTION HELD MAY 17,1983.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THAT:
WHEREAS,the General Election for the purpose of placing three propo-
sitions before the voters of Apache Junction was held on May 17,1983;and
WHEREAS,i n accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes 16-642,a Special
Meeting of the City Council was held on May 23,1983,for the purpose of
canvassing the returns of said election;and
WHEREAS,the City Council did canvass the election returns at said
Special Meeting and did determine the official results of the general election
to be as follows:

Mayor
