A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,PINAL AND MARICOPA COUNTIES,ARIZONA,
DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT FILED
WITH THE CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED UNIFORM SIGN CODE,1982
EDITION,PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF
BUILDING OFFICIALS WHICH WILL BE ADDED TO THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,VOLUME II,LAND
DEVELOPMENT CODE,CHAPTER 1,ZONING ORDINANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Apache Junction,Arizona,that:
1.That certain document entitled Uniform Sign Code,1982
Edition,published by the International Conference of
Building Officials,three (3)copies of which are on
file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of
Apache Junction,Arizona,are hereby declared to be a
public record,and said copies are ordered to remain
on file with the City Clerk.
2.That certain document entitled Uniform Sign Code,1982
Edition,published by the International Conference of
Building Officials,contains twenty-nine (29)pages,
numbered 1-29.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 16TH DAY OF APRIL ,19 85 .
