A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THOSE
CERTAIN DOCUMENTS ON FILE WITH THE CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION EMPLOYEE SAFETY HANDBOOK,DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEE SAFETY HANDBOOK,AND POLICE
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES,CHAPTER 5,POLICY AND ETHICS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THAT:
1.Those certain documents entitled City of Apache Junction Employee
Safety Handbook,Department of Public Works Employee Safety
Handbook and Police Policies and Procedures,Chapter 5,Policy
and Ethics,three (3)copies of which are on file i n the office
of the City Clerk of Apache Junction,Arizona,are hereby
declared to be a public record and said copies are ordered to
remain on file with said City Clerk.
2.That certain •document entitled City of Apache Junction Employee
Safety Handbook contains fourteen pages numbered 1 through 14,
one title page and one page labeled "Table of Contents."
3.That certain document entitled.Department of Public Works
Employee Safety Handbook contains seventeen pages numbered
1 through 16 to include one page numbered 15a,one page
labeled "Forward"and one page labeled "Table of Contents."
4..That certain document entitled Police Policies and Procedures,
Chapter 5,Policy and Ethics contains Sections 5.00 through
5.121,one title page and five pages labeled "Table of Contents."
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 7TH DAY OF FEBRUARY ,1984.
