A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN
DOCUMENT FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED CABLE COMMUNICATIONS
FRANCHISE PROPOSAL FOR THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION BY DOWDEN COMMUNI-
CATIONS,INC.,ATLANTA,GEORGIA (JANUARY 3,1984),WHICH MAY BE
REFERRED TO AS THE "CABLE TELEVISION PROPOSAL".
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Apache Junction,
Arizona,that:
1.The certain document entitled CABLE COMMUNICATIONS FRANCHISE PROPOSAL
FOR THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION BY DOWDEN COMMUNCATIONS,INC.,ATLANTA,
GEORGIA (JANUARY 3,1984),which may be referred to as the "Cable
Television Proposal,three (3)copies of which are on file i n the office
of the City Clerk of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,i s hereby declared
to be a public record,and said copies are ordered to remain on file with
said City Clerk.
2.The certain document entitled CABLE COMMUNICATIONS FRANCHISE PROPOSAL FOR
THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION BY DOWDEN COMMUNICATIONS,INC.,ATLANTA,
GEORGIA (JANUARY 3,1984),which may be referred to as the "Cable Tele-
vision Proposal",contains ninety-four (94)pages,numbered:Title Page,
Table of Contents,Sections A through R.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
