A RESOLUTION.OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,FINAL AND MARICOPA COUNTIES,ARIZONA,
CONDUCTING AND ACCEPTING THE OFFICIAL CANVASS OF VOTES
FOR THE CITY SPECIAL ELECTION HELD MAY 15,1984.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THAT:
WHEREAS,the Special Election for the purpose of placing two
propositions before the voters of Apache Junction was held on May 15,
1984;and
WHEREAS,i n accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes 16-642,a
Special Meeting of the City Council was held on May 21,1984;for the purpose
of canvassing the returns of said election;and
WHEREAS,the City Council did canvass the election returns at said
Special Meeting and did determine the official results of the Special Election
to be as follows:
