A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,FULLY ADOPTING ESTIMATES OF
PROPOSED EXPENDITURES BY THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1,1984,AND ENDING
JUNE 30,1985;DECLARING THAT SUCH SHALL ESTABLISH THE
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION FOR FISCAL YEAR
1984-85.
WHEREAS,i n accordance with the provisions of Title 42,Sections
301,302,303 and 304,Arizona Revised Statutes,the City Council of the
City of Apache Junction did,on June 19,1984,make an estimate of the
different amounts required to meet the public expenses for the ensuing
year,also an estimate of revenues from sources other than direct taxation
within the City of Apache Junction;and
WHEREAS,i n accordance with said sections of said title,and
following due public notice,the City Council met on June 19,1984,at
which meeting any taxpayer was privileged to appear and be heard in favor
of or against any of the proposed expenditures;and
WHEREAS,i t appears that publicationhas been duly made,as required
by law,of said estimates together with a notice that the City Council of
the City of Apache Junction would meet on July 3,1984,at the Apache
Junction City Council Chambers for the purpose of adopting the final budget;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,that the said estimates of revenue and
expenditures shown on the accompanying schedules as now increased,reduced
or changed by and the same are hereby adopted as the budget of the City of
Apache Junction for the fiscal year 1984-85.

1984,BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA.
