A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE
REPRODUCTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS FOR COMMERCIAL AND NON-
COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF -THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS,Arizona Revised Statutes §39-121.01 requires that,during
regular office hours,public records be available for examination and
reproduction to any person so requesting;and
WHEREAS,Arizona Revised Statutes §39-121.03 A and B provides for a
verified statement of intent of use of public records and provides for
the charging a separate fees for those records used for commercial and
non-commercial purposes;and
WHEREAS,Arizona Revised Statutes §39-121.03(D)provides penalties
for those persons obtaining public records for a commercial purpose without
indicating such_purpose,for those persons who permit the public record to
be used for a different commercial purpose,and for those persons who
obtain public record for non-commercial purposes and uses or knowingly
permits the public record to be used for a commercial purpose.
NOW,THEREFORE,be i t resolved by the Mayor and City COuncil of the
City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that fees for the reproduction of the
public record be established as follows:

Commercial Purposes
Certification Fee

$.25 Per Page
$1.00 Per Page
