A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,ESTABLISHING THE OFFICIAL
LOCATIONS FOR THE POSTING OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS AND OTHER
MATERIALS OF INTEREST TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC;AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS,the City of Apache Junction is required by the Arizona
Revised Statutes and the Apache Junction City Code to post public notices,
announcements of meetings,ordinances,resolutions,bid proposals,and
all other public documents in three locations within the City of Apache
Junction;and
WHEREAS,i t is the intention of the Mayor and City Council to
post these documents in locations where the greatest number of people
will have access to the information contained therein;and
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that the three official posting
places for the posting of public documents and other materials of
interest to the general public be identified as:
City Hall Complex
1001 N.Idaho Road
Apache Junction,Arizona
Pinal County Health Department
150 N.Ocotillo Road
Apache Junction,Arizona
Apache Junction Public Library/Community Center
1177 N.Idaho Road
Apache Junction,Arizona
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 7TH DAY OF OCTOBER ,1986.
