A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,PINAL AND MARICOPA COUNTIES,ARIZONA,
CONDUCTING AND ACCEPTING THE OFFICIAL CANVASS OF VOTES
FOR THE SPECIAL CITY ELECTION HELD NOVEMBER 10,1987.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS,a Special Election for the purpose of placing four propositions
before the voters of the City of Apache Junction was held on
November 10,1987;and
WHEREAS,in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes §16-642,a meeting
of the Apache Junction City Council was held on November 17,1987
for the purpose of canvassing the returns of said election;and
WHEREAS,the Apache Junction City Council did canvass the returns of said
election on November 10,1987,and did determine the official
results of the Special Election to be as follows:
1.PROPOSITION 100 VOTER AUTHORIZATION TO ACQUIRE WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS
