A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF
$3,000,000 THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,MULTI -MODEL INTER-
CHANGEABLE RATE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE REFUNDING
BONDS (CAREAGE HEALTHCARE OF WASHINGTON,INC.PROJECT),
SERIES 1987 OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,
WHEREAS,The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Apache
Junction,Arizona (the "Authority"),proposes to issue its $3,000,000 Indus-
trial Development Authority of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona,Multi-
Model Interchangeable Rate Inudstrial Development Revenue Refunding Bonds
(Careage Healthcare of Washington,Inc.Project),Series 1987 (the "Bonds")
in accordance with and pursuant to the Industrial Development Financing Act,
Title 35,Chapter 5,Arizona Revised Statutes,as amended (the "Act");and
WHEREAS,Section 35-721.6 of the Act requires the approval by the
Mayor and Council of the issuance of the Bonds;and
WHEREAS,information regarding the project to be financed from the
proceeds of the Bonds has been presented to the Mayor and Council of the
City of Apache Junction,Arizona;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The Mayor and Council of the City of Apache Junction,
Arizona,nereby approve the issuance of the Bonds by the Authority.
Section 2.All resolutions or ordinances,or parts thereof,in
conflict with the provisions of this resolution are,to the extent of such
conflict,hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 17th DAY OF November ,1987.
