A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DESIGNATING A SPECIAL ELECTION
DATE AND PURPOSE OF ELECTION;DESIGNATING THE DEADLINE FOR
VOTER REGISTRATION;GIVING NOTICE OF INTENT TO FORMALLY
CALL A SPECIAL BOND ELECTION;AND DESIGNATING A DATE FOR
SAID SPECIAL BOND ELECTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I DESIGNATION OF SPECIAL ELECTION DATE;PURPOSE OF
SPECIAL ELECTION
That Tuesday,January 30,1990,has been set as the time for holding the
Special Election in the City of Apache Junction,for the purpose of
receiving the authority pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes to engage
in the sewer utility business.
SECTION I I DESIGNATING DEADLINE FOR VOTER REGISTRATION
That Pinal and Maricopa County registration and voting lists will be used
for said Special Election.In order to be qualified to vote in this
Special Election,you must be registered by December 11,1989.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AS FOLLOWS:
A.That it is the intent of this governing body to hold a
Special Bond Election authorizing the issuance and sale
of Apache Junction,Arizona,bonds and that said Special
Bond Election will be held January 30,1990.
B.That direction is hereby given to the appropriate city
staff to prepare such resolutions and orders and to take
such other steps which are necessary to formally call a
Special Bond Election for January 30,1990,pursuant to
provisions as contained in the Arizona Revised Statutes.

JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 28TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER ,1989.
