A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,
ACCEPTING THE AWARD OF A $2,000 STATE
DEVELOPMENT FUND MATCHING GRANT
WHEREAS,the City of Apache Junction has made application for
a $2,000 State Development Fund Matching Grant toward research and
consulting fees for a project to modernize permitted zoning uses in
commercial/industrial districts,and
WHEREAS,the City of Apache Junction has been awarded
preliminary approval for said grant,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,hereby accepts awarding of said
grant and will apply such funds to meet requirements of the program and
as documented in the application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 19TH DAY OF DECEMBER ,1989.
