A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE DIVISION OF FINANCE,
DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION.
,WHEREAS the City of Apache Junction is authorized
to enter into an Agreement with the Division of Finance,
Purchasing Office of the Department of Administration where-
under the,Divj:Sion would make purchases for the City pursuant
to Article 34, Title 41; Arizona Revised Statutes, and
WHEREAS Article 3, Chapter 7, Title 11, Arizona
Revised Statutes, authorizes the -City to enter into agree-
ments for the Joint Exercise of Powers, and
WHEREAS the City and the State Division of Finance
desire to avail themselves of the privileges conferred by
the aforesaid statutes upon the terms and the conditions
contained in said statutes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of
Apache Junction by and she is hereby authorized and directed
to enter an agreement with the State Division of Finance
whereunder the Division would make purchases for the City;
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor. of the City of
Apache Junction be, and she is hereby authorized and directed
to execute any documents which may be necessary to implement
the said Agreement;•
, . PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and the City
Council of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona this 5th day
of July, 1979.
