A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE
FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY DONATION PROGRAM.
WHEREAS,the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,wishes to participate in
the Federal Surplus Property Donation Program;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,that the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,be
authorized to participate in the Federal Surplus Property Donation Program,with
access of funds to obtain surplus property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 2ND DAY OF OCTOBER ,1990,BY THE
MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA.
