A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DESIGNATING THE ELECTION DATE AND PURPOSE OF
ELECTION;DESIGNATING THE DEADLINE FOR VOTER REGISTRATION;AND
DESIGNATING THE PLACE AND THE LAST DATE FOR CANDIDATES TO FILE
NOMINATION PAPERS.
BE IT RESOLVED,by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Apache
Junction,as follows:
SECTION I Designation of Election Date;Purpose
That March 19,1991 has been set as the time for holding the Primary Election in
the City of Apache Junction for the purpose of:
1.Nominating candidates for the Office of Mayor and three (3)
Councilmembers whose names shall appear on the ballot at the General
Election to be held on May 21,1991.Any candidates receiving a
majority of all valid votes cast at the Primary Election will be
declared elected.
SECTION I I Designating Deadline for Voter Registration
Pinal County and Maricopa County registration and voting lists will be used for
the municipal election.In order to be qualified to vote you must be registered
by January 28,1991.
SECTION III Designating Date and Place to File Candidates Nomination Form
Candidates seeking municipal office may obtain nomination papers and other
materials which must be filed by candidates at the Office of the City Clerk,
1001 N.Idaho Road,Apache Junction,Arizona,beginning November 15,1990.
Candidates must file nomination papers and other nomination forms by 5:00 p.m.
on January 3,1991 at the Office of the City Clerk,in order for their names to
appear on the Primary Election Ballot.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6TH DAY OF NOVEMBER ,1990,BY THE
MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA.

UNA RESOLUCION DEL ALCALDE Y DEL CONCILIO DE LA CUIDAD DE APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DESIGNANDO LA FECHA DE ELECCION Y PROPOSITO DE LA
ELECCION;DESIGNANDO UNA FECHA LIMITE PARA REGISTRARSE PARA VOTAR;
Y DESIGNANDO EL LUGAR Y LA ULTIMA FECHA PARA QUE LOS CANDIDATOR
PRESENTEN LOS FORMULARIOS DE NOMINACION.
SE RESUELVE,por el Alcalde y el Concilio de la Cuidad de Apache
Junction,como sigue:
SECCION I Designacio de la Fecha de la Eleccion;Proposito
El dia 19 de marzo,1991,se establecio como el tiempo para celebrar la Eleccion
Primaria,en la Cuidad de Apache Junction con el proposito de:
1.La nominacion de candidatos para un Alcalde y tres (3)Concejales,
cuyos nombres apareceran en la balota de la Eleccion General ha reciban
una mayoria de todos los votos validos emitidos en la Eleccion Primaria
seran declarados electos.
SECCION I I Designacion de la Fecha Limite para Registrarse para Votar
Los registros y las listas para votar de los Condados Pinal y Maricopa seran
usadas para la eleccion municipal.A fin de estar calificado para votar,deben
estar registrado para el dia 28 de enero,1991.
SECTION III Designando la Fecha y el Lugar para que los Candidatos
Presenten el Formulario de la Noninacion de su Candidatura
Los candidatos que ambicionen un puesto municipal pueden obtener los formularios
de nominacion y otros materiales,principiando el dis 15 noviembre,1990 que
despues deberan ser presentados en la oficina del Secretario Municipal.Los
candidatos deben presentar los formularios en 100 N.Idaho Road,Apache
Junction,Arizona no mas tarde que las 5:00 p.m.el dia 3 de enero,1991,a fin
de que sus nombres aparezcan en la balota de la Eleccion Primaria.
Pasada y Adopta por el Alcalde y el Concilio de la Cuidad de Apache Junction,
Arizona,este 6th de noviembre,1990.
Firmada y aseguarado este 7th de noviembre,1990.
