A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AFFIRMING A COMMITMENT TO THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION "SERVICE FIRST"POLICY.
BE IT RESOLVED,by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Apache
Junction,as follows:
WHEREAS,it is the intention of the City Council and city staff to
provide the best possible service to all members of the community;and
WHEREAS,it is the intention of the Mayor and City Council to set an
example that the city staff can follow with regard to the service first policy;
and
WHEREAS,it is the intention of the Mayor and Council to enable city
employees to attain an excellent level of service by providing positive
incentives in addition to comiting funds for customer relations training.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that we commit to making excellent customer
service a priority in the City of Apache Junction and committing to providing
this service in a fair and equitable manner.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6TH DAY OF NOVEMBER
MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA.
