A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN PUBLICATION FILED WITH
THE CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE,1991 EDITION,WHICH,
IF ENACTED BY SAID CITY COUNCIL,WILL BE ADOPTED AS MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR
CONSTRUCTION WORK AUTHORIZED UNDER THE SCOPE OF THIS PUBLICATION;AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA:
That certain publication being proposed as an ordinance which is entitled
Uniform Mechanical Code,1991 Edition,including Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix
C,and Appendix D,as published by the International Conference of Building
Officials,three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,is hereby declared to be a public record,
and said copies are ordered to remain on file with said City Clerk.
WHEREAS,it is necessary for the preservation of the peace,health and
safety of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,an emergency is declared to
exist,and this resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage and
adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Apache
Junction,Arizona,this 1st day of October,1991.
