A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT FILED WITH THE
CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN;
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THAT:
That certain document entitled City of Apache Junction Emergency Operations
Plan,three (3)copies of which are on file in the office of the City
Clerk,are hereby declared to be public record and said copies are ordered
to remain on file in the office of the City Clerk.
Whereas,the immediate operation of the provision of this resolution is
necessary for the preservation of the public health and safety,an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this resolution shall be in full
force upon and after its passage by the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 3RD DAY OF DECEMBER 1991.
