A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DESIGNATING A GENERAL ELECTION DATE AND PURPOSE
OF ELECTION; DESIGNATING THE DEADLINE FOR VOTER REGISTRATION;
GIVING NOTICE OF INTENT TO FORMALLY CALL SAID ELECTION;AND
DESIGNATING A DATE FOR SAID ELECTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I DESIGNATION OF ELECTION DATE;PURPOSE OF ELECTION
That Tuesday,May 21,1991,has been set as the time for holding a General
Election in the City of Apache Junction,for the purpose of receiving the
authority pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes to engage in the sewer utility
business and/or to receive authorization to enter into a loan repayment
agreement with the Waste Water Management Authority of Arizona for loan funds
received from the State Revolving Fund.
SECTION I I DESIGNATING DEADLINE FOR VOTER REGISTRATION
That Pinal and Maricopa County registration and voting lists will be used for
said General Election.In order to be qualified to vote in this General
Election,you must be registered by April 22,1991.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AS FOLLOWS:
A.That it i s the intent of this governing body to hold a General
Election requesting approval of the city electorate to engage
in the sewer utility business and/or to receive authorization
to enter into a loan repayment agreement with the Waste Water
Management Authority of Arizona for loan funds received from
the State Revolving Fund.
B.That it i s the intent of this governing body to hold said
General Election on May 21,1991.
C.That direction is hereby given to the appropriate city staff to
prepare such resolutions and orders and to take such other
steps which are necessary to formally call a General Election
for May 21,1991,pursuant to provisions as contained in the
Arizona Revised Statutes.

JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DESIGNANDO LA FECHA DE ELECCION GENERAL Y
PROPOSITO DE LA ELECCION;DESIGNANDO UNA FECHA LIMITE PARA
REGISTRARSE PARA VOTAR;AVISO PROPOSITO LLAMADO DE ELECCION;

SE RESUELVE,POR EL ALCALDE Y EL CABILDO DE LA CUIDAD DE APACHE
JUNCTION COMO SIGUE:
SECCION I DESIGNACION DE LA FECHA DE ELECCION;PROPOSITO
Este Martes,May 21,1991,ha sido establecido como el tiempo para celebrar la
Eleccion General en la Cuidad de Apache Junction con el proposito de recibirado
permiso de Arizona Revised Statutes a ocuparse en alcontarillado utilidado y o
recibirado permiso para acuerda prestamo pago con Waste Water Management
Authority de Arizona por fondos recibido de State Revolving Fund.
SECCION I I DESIGNACION DE LA FECHA LIMITE PARA REGISTRARSE PARA VOTAR
Los registros y las listas para votar de los condados Pinal y Maricopa seran
usadas para la eleccion municipal.A fin de estar calificado para votar,deben
estar registrado el dia 22 de abril 1991.
Se Resuelve,por el Alcalde y el Cabildo de la Cuidad de Apache Junction,
Arizona,como sigue:
A.Este proposito del Alcalde y el Cabildo Comportarse la eleccion general
solicitar algo a electorada a ocuparse en alcantarillado utilidado y o
recibirado permiso para acuerda prestamo pago con Waste Water Management
Authority de Arizona por fondos recibido de State Revolving Fund.
B.Este proposito del Alcalde y el Cabildo de este Martes,May 21,1991,ha
sido establecido como el tiempo para celebrar la eleccion.
C.Este dar instrucciones a uno de hacer algo las resoluciones y las
reglaciones para la eleccion de este May 21,1991,con permiso de Arizona
Revised Statutes.
Pasada y adopta por el Alcalde y el Cabildo de la Cuidad de Apache Junction,
Arizona,este January dia de 15 ,1991.
