A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION, ARIZONA,GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO SALT RIVER PROJECT FOR THEIR EXISTING
TRANSFORMER PADS AND OVERHEAD LINES,AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN AND
RECORD APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS,Salt River Project provides necessary electrical service to
City structures located on Baseline Road,and;
WHEREAS,Salt River Project facilities are located on private
property.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that the City Manager is hereby authorized to
sign appropriate documents to establish utility easements as described in
Attachment A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Apache Junction,Arizona,this 1st day of September ,1992.

Base and Meridian,Pinal County, Arizona, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the North quarter corner of Section 4,Township 1 South,Range 8
East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,Pinal County,Arizona,said
point being the True Point of Beginning;
Thence East (assumed)a distance of 115.52 feet;
Thence South 44 degrees 02 minutes 18 seconds West a distance of 69.55 feet;
Thence West 1363.38 feet;
Thence North 27 degrees 47 minutes 33 seconds East a distance of 56.52 feet;
Thence East 1269.85 feet to the North quarter corner of Section 4,the True Point
of Beginning.

Thence East 4.3 feet back to the True Point of Beginning.
