A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Apache
Junction authorizing the submission of an amendment to
Commerce CDBG Contract #146-90 and authorizing the Mayor
to sign a Contract Amendment.
WHEREAS,the City of Apache Junction has entered into a Contract with the
Department of Commerce to perform certain duties funded by Community Development
Grant funds;and
WHEREAS,said Contract is known as Commerce CDBG Contract #146-90;and
WHEREAS,the City would like to extend the period of time to complete
Activity #2:Housing Rehabilitation by six (6)months.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City submit a request for such an
amendment of said contract,and that the Mayor be authorized to sign a formal
Contract Amendment pertaining to such Activities.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION THIS 29th
DAY OF June ,1993.
