RESOLUTION NO. 94-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR FISCAL YEAR
1993 FEDERAL HOME FUNDS AND STATE HOUSING TRUST FUNDS.
WHEREAS,the City of Apache Junction is desirous of undertaking community
development and housing activities;and
WHEREAS,the State of Arizona is administering the United States Housing
and Urban Development HOME Funds and the State Housing Trust Funds.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and City Council of the City
of Apache Junction authorizes application to be made to the State of Arizona,
Department of Commerce for FY 1993 HOME funds and State Housing Trust Funds,and
authorizes the Mayor to sign applications and contracts or grant documents for
receipt and use of these funds;and
THAT,the City of Apache Junction will comply with all HOME and Housing
Trust Fund program guidelines, Federal Statutes and regulations applicable to the
HOME program and the certifications contained in the application.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Apache Junction this18thday of January,1994.
