A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Apache
Junction authorizing the submission of an amendment to
Commerce CDBG Contract #130-91 and authorizing the Mayor
to sign a Contract Amendment.
WHEREAS,the City Of Apache Junction has entered into a Contract with the
Department of Commerce to preform certain duties funded by Community Development
Grant funds;and
WHEREAS,said Contract is known as Commerce CDBG Contract #130-91;and
WHEREAS,the City will extend the period of time to complete Activity #1:
Administration and Activity #3:Removal of Architectural Barriers.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City submit a request for such an
amendment of said contract,and that the Mayor be authorized to sign a formal
Contract Amendment pertaining to such Activities.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Apache Junction this
17th day of May 1994.

Superstition Mountains Community Facilities District No. 1 for filing in the
City of Apache Junction records.Also enclosed, is the true and correct
copy of Resolution 94-14 requesting the Mayor and City Council to adopt a
resolution expanding the boundaries of the District.
