A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,DECLARING THAT A CERTAIN FEDERALLY PATENTED EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES DESCRIBED AS FOREST STREET DESCRIBED IN ABANDONMENT
CASE AB -93-01,IS NO LONGER NECESSARY FOR PUBLIC USE AS A ROADWAY AND IS
HEREBY ABANDONED AND EXTINGUISHED AS A PRESENT OR FUTURE PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS,the requested abandonment is a Federally Patented Easement for
public right-of-way purposes described as a parcel of land located in
Section 15,Township 1 North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and
Meridian,Apache Junction,Pinal County,and more particularly described as
follows:
Parcel 1 (adjacent to parcel #100-25-026A)
The South thirty-three feet (33') of the Northeast quarter of the Northest
quarter fof the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 15,
Township 1 North,Range 8 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and
Meridian,Pinal County,Arizona.
EXCEPT THE EAST FORTY FEET (40')THEREOF.
Parcel 2 (adjacent to parcel #100-25-026B)
The South thirty-three feet (33')of the Northwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 15,Township 1 North,Range 8 East of the Gila nd Salt River Base
and Meridian,Pinal County,Arizona.
EXCEPT THE WEST THRITY-THREE FEET (33')THEREOF.
Parcel 3 -(adjacent to parcel #100-25-027)
The North thirty-three feet (33')of the South half of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 15,
Township 1 North,Range 8 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and
Meridian,Pinal County,Arizona.
EXCEPT THE WEST THRITY-THREE FEET (33')AND,
EXCEPT THE EAST FORTH FEET (40')THEREOF.
WHEREAS,the abandonment requested,if approved, would not leave a parcel
in separate ownership without access to an established public roadway
connecting such lands with another public roadway,or have access by a
Federally Patented Easement which may in the future be developed;and

WHEREAS,the City Council of The City of Apache Junction,Arizona,finds
that said Federally Patented Easement for public right-of-way purposes as
described herein,is classified as a local street on the Street Classification
Plan,and is no longer necessary for public use as a roadway.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City
of Apache Junction,Arizona,that the above -described Federally Patented
Easement reserved for public right-of-way purposes is hereby extinguished and
abandoned as present or future public rights -of -way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the abandonment of the public right-of-way has
no effect on the reservations for public utility easements.

JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 2ND DAY OF AUGUST ,1994.
