A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Apache
Junction authorizing the submission of an amendment to
Commerce CDBG Contract #130-91 and authorizing the Mayor
to sign a Contract Amendment.
WHEREAS,the City Of Apache Junction has entered into a Contract with the
Department of Commerce to preform certain duties funded by Community Development
Block Grant funds;and
WHEREAS,said Contract is known as Commerce CDBG Contract #130-91;and
WHEREAS,the City will extend the period of time to complete Activity #3:
Removal of Architectural Barriers.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, that the City submit a request for such an
amendment of said contract,and that the Mayor be authorized to sign a formal
Contract Amendment pertaining to such Activities.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Apache Junction this
17th day of October 1994.
