A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL "PROJECT AGREEMENT"WITH THE
ARIZONA STATE DEPARTMENT OF LIBRARY,ARCHIVES AND PUBLIC RECORDS TO
ACCEPT $280,000.00 PROVIDED BY TFIE LIBRARY SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION ACT,
AS AMENDED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA,
THAT:
The Mayor and City Council of Apache Junction, Arizona, pursuant to A.R.S.11-901,
does hereby approve the Intergovernmental "Project Agreement" with the Arizona State
Department of Library, Archives and Public Records for Grant No. 94-11-6
"Construction" in the amount of $280,000.00 provided by the Library Services and
Construction Act, as amended.City Manager Michael Lee is authorized to execute this
agreement on behalf of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA, THIS 1ST DAY OF FEBRUARY . 1994.
