A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Apache
Junction authorizing the submission of an amendment to
Commerce HOME Contract #141-93 and authorizing the Mayor
to sign a Contract Amendment.
WHEREAS,the City Of Apache Junction has entered into a Contract with the
Department of Commerce to perform certain duties funded by HOME funds;and
WHEREAS,said Contract is known as Commerce HOME Contract #141-93:and
WHEREAS, the City has encountered certain unavoidable delays in completing
the terms of the Contract.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City submit a request for an
extension of said contract,until September 15,1995,and that the Mayor be
authorized to sign a formal Contract Amendment pertaining to such an extension.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Apache Junction this7thday of august 1995.
