A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT FILED WITH THE
CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION PUBLIC LIBRARY POLICIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,AS FOLLOWS:
1.That certain document entitled City of Apache Junction Public Library
Policies,three (3)copies of which are on file in the Office of the
City Clerk,are hereby declared to be public record and said copies
are ordered to remain on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
2.That certain document entitled City of Apache Junction Public Library
Policies contain sections entitled:
