A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION
COMMITTING LOCAL FUNDS AS LEVERAGE FOR AN FY 1996 HOME AND STATE
HOUSING TRUST FUND APPLICATION.
WHEREAS,The City of Apache Junction has adopted Resolution #96-12 which
authorizes the submission of an application to the State of Arizona,Department
of Commerce for FY 1996 HOME and State Housing Trust Funds;and
WHEREAS,the application indicates that Twelve Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($12,500) will be committed by the City of Apache Junction as leveraged
funds.
NOW,THEREFOR,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Apache
Junction hereby commits Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500)to the FY
1996 HOME and State Housing Trust Fund application to be used to provide
rehabilitation service.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Apache Junction this
7th day of May 1996.
