A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THOSE CERTAIN DOCUMENTS FILED WITH THE CITY
CLERK AND ENTITLED,THE CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 1996-97 AND THE
COMPENSATION SCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1996-97;" AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION.
ARIZONA:
THAT certain documents entitled,The Classification Plan for Fiscal Year 1996-
97" (Exhibit A) and "The Compensation Schedule for Fiscal Year 1996-97"(Exhibit
B) of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona,three copies of which are on file in
the office of the City Clerk are hereby declared to be a public record,and said
copies are ordered to remain on file with the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,i t being for the preservation of the peace,health,and
safety of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that this Resolution become
effective immediately,an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION.
