A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR DELONG
SUB SUBDIVISION,CASE SD -97-04,BY KERMIT AND GLORIA DELONG.
WHEREAS,the subdivider in case SD -97-04 proposes to subdivide 0.81 gross
acres in the Northwest quarter area of Section 30,Township One North,Range
Eight East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,Pinal County,Arizona,
into 3 residential lots pursuant to Article 6.2 of Chapter 4 of Title 9,Arizona
Revised Statutes,and pursuant to the Apache Junction Subdivision Regulations;
and
WHEREAS,the Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission held a public
hearing regarding the preliminary plat for SD -97-04 on May 27,1997 and
recommended approval of SD -97-04 by a vote of 7 to 0;and
WHEREAS,the Apache Junction City Council held a public hearing regarding
the preliminary plat for SD -97-04 on June 17,1997,and approved said preliminary
plat,per Resolution No.97-15,by a vote of 7 to 0;and
WHEREAS,this Council finds this proposed subdivision to not be in conflict
with the "Medium Density/1 to 6 Dwelling Units per acre/Conventional or
Manufactured Homes permitted",designation of the Apache Junction General Plan;
and
WHEREAS,this Council finds this proposed subdivision to be in compliance
with the Apache Junction Zoning Ordinance and the Apache Junction Subdivision
Regulations;and
WHEREAS,this Council finds this proposed final plat for SD -97-04,DeLong
Sub,to be in substantial compliance with the approved preliminary plat.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City
of Apache Junction,Arizona,that:
Said final subdivision plat,SD -97-04, DeLong Sub Subdivision, be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,THIS 2ND DAY OF SEPTFMRFR ,1997.
