A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,APPROVING THE FINAL
SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR IRONWOOD COVE I I SUBDIVISION,
CASE SD -97-07,BY SRC HOMES INC.
WHEREAS,the subdivider in Case SD -97-07 proposes to subdivide
approximately 10.6 acres in the Northwest quarter area of Section 29,Township
One North,Range Eight East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Pinal County,Arizona,into 34 residential lots pursuant to Article 6.2 of
Chapter 4 of Title 9,Arizona Revised Statutes,and pursuant to the Apache
Junction Subdivision Regulations;and
WHEREAS,the Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission held a
public hearing regarding SD -97-07 on June 24,1997,and recommended approval
of SD -97-07 by a vote of 6 to 0;and
WHEREAS,the Apache Junction City Council held a public hearing
regarding the preliminary plat for SD -97-07 on July 15,1997,and approved
said preliminary plat per Resolution No.97-22,by a vote of 6 to 0;and
WHEREAS,this Council finds this proposed subdivision to comply
with the Planned Area Development at 3 to 4.5 Dwelling Units Per Acre
designation of the Apache Junction General Plan;and
WHEREAS,this Council finds this proposed subdivision to be in
compliance with the Apache Junction Zoning Ordinance and the Apache Junction
Subdivision Regulations;and
WHEREAS,this Council finds this proposed final plat for SD -97-07,
Ironwood Cove II,to be in substantial compliance with the approved
preliminary plat.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that:
Said final subdivision plat for Ironwood Cove I I Subdivision,Case
SD -97-07,be approved.
